Refund & Returns Policy

At Teesplus, we want you to shop with confidence. Our team works hard to ensure that every item you receive is exactly what you ordered—quality, accurate sizing, and great value. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item you received is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong size, color, or product from what you ordered.
  • The item does not match the description or photos on the website.

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all tags still intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Sale or clearance items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Intimate wear (e.g., innerwear) for hygiene reasons.
  • Customized or personalized items.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 3 - 7 business days.

Refunds are issued through:

  • M-Pesa (for cash payments)
  • Refund to your bank (for card or bank payments)
  • Store credit upon request

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or replacement for a defective item, we are happy to assist. Exchanges are processed based on item availability. If the item is out of stock, we may offer:

  • A similar product of your choice
  • A refund
  • Store credit

5. Wrong Order Returns

If we send you the wrong item or size, Teesplus will cover the return and redelivery cost. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a rider to collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct one.

7. Delivery Costs for Returns

  • If the error is ours (wrong item, wrong size, defective item) — we cover the cost.
  • If you simply want to exchange an item — the customer covers the return and redelivery cost.
